We had an amazing stay at Hostal Caracoles! the staff, especially Lisa, were extremely pleasant and helpful. the location is perfect, very close to the city center. We loved the terrace and enjoyed the great internet connection. It was convenient to be able to pay by credit card. the breakfast exceeded our expectations with more than just the usual bread, butter, and jam. the dorm room was spacious and the air conditioning was a relief in the hot weather. The hostel may not look impressive from the outside, but it's a clean and friendly place with excellent value. Cons: N/A 😊.

The breakfast was a great start to the day, with more options than just the usual toast and spreads. The location was fantastic, close to bars and restaurants, and easy walking distance to the main attractions. It was also great to have air conditioning in the room, especially in the hot weather.

On one night there was a loud party in a neighboring room which disturbed our sleep. while the staff were friendly, their lack of English made communication a bit difficult.
